The mobile web version of Google Finance has been updated with a fresh "iPhonese" look. It features a tabbed user interface with three tabs The default "Markets" tab displays a chart showing top DOW, NASDAQ and S&P 500 price movement. Below the chart are market news headlines, sector summaries and the day's top losers and gainers. A second tab is supposed to display your personal Google Finace portfolio if you have one. The third "News" tab has more financial headlines.
Unfortunately, the new site only seems to support Android, BADA and the iPhone. With Opera Mini or the Symbian browser, google.com/finance redirects to the mobile version where you are greeted with the helpful message "No results for null". Fortunately the desktop version can still be reached in both browsers by clicking a "Classic" link at the bottom of the mobile site. Source: Google Mobile Blog
