WhitePages.com is a free, full-featured mobile phone directory for the US and Canada. The site offers Yellow and White Pages searches, reverse phone number lookup, reverse address lookup and zip code and phone prefix look ups. Results include click to call phone numbers, street address, map and driving directions.

Yellow Pages, People Search, Reverse Phone Directory. plus weather and a search for movies playing nearby with times, directions, cast list, and plot synopsis.

On non-smartphones, the user interface is a bit clumsy and not always logically laid out . For example, people search accepts city/state but not zip code. In the movie search if you select "New Arrivals" which is the first link on the page you get the message "Select Location First". Location is the last link on the page!

Smartphones are served a touch optimized version of the site that has much better usability.

The UK's primary landline phone company, which used to be British Telecom but now prefers to be called simply "BT ", offers this phone directory lookup site. Listings cover all of the UK except Northern Ireland with separate search forms for business and residential listings. This site works fairly well although a number of pages have markup errors and generate errors in Opera Mini and possibly other browsers.
