I was well aware of network re-connection issue bug, which was quite annoying. Opera Mini would refuse to load any pages after switching from cellular data to Wi-Fi or vice versa or after the browser had been idle for a while. The only way to get it working again was to close and reopen Opera Mini. I was unable to trigger the bug in the latest version, so it looks like it is fixed.<\/p>\n
I installed the new release as an upgrade over the previous 7.0.29974 version on\u00a0my Nokia N8 running Belle. The upgrade preserved all my previous bookmarks, settings and speed dials. I didn’t have any saved pages and I don’t use Opera’s built in RSS reader so I can’t say whether feeds and saved pages are kept or not.<\/p>\n
Opera Mini 7.0 for Symbian version can be downloaded from m.opera.com<\/a> (mobile) or\u00a0www.opera.com\/mobile\/download\/<\/a>\u00a0(PC). It runs on Nokia Anna and Belle and Symbian S60 2nd, 3rd and 5th edition devices.<\/p>\n
