It includes the following fixes and improvements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integration with iOS Facebook framework (iOS 6).<\/li>\n<li>Improved performance when saving large images.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed freeze after sharing via email.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed video playback on youtube.com (iPhone and iPod).<\/li>\n<li>Performance and stability fixes.<\/li>\n<li>Added support for iOS 4.2 &#8211; iPod touch 2nd generation and iPhone 3G is back in game!<\/li>\n<li>Various iOS 6 related fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As always Opera Mini for iOS is available only from the <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/opera-mini-web-browser\/id363729560?mt=8\">iTunes App Store<\/a>. It requires iOS 4.2 or latter.<\/p>\n<p>While these are relatively minor updates they do fix issues that kept both Youtube and Facebook from working properly. I suspect that the return of Opera Mini iOS 4.2 support is also making a lot of owners of older iDevices happy.<\/p>\n<p>I upgraded to Opera Mobile 12.1.1 on my Motorola Photon running Android 2.3. The upgrade went off without a hitch. I confirmed that I was able to comment on Facebook\u00a0as well as watch embedded YouTube videos on Nokia Conversations and the desktop version of Engadget.
