Although not a mobile site, it’s a fairly small (30 KB)  and simple page which works reasonably well with Opera Mini and other full-web mobile browsers like Symbian Webkit. If you are using a feature phone you will probably need to use a transcoder to view the site. The link above is to a landing page that offers the option to view the Cyclingnews Live page with or without transcoding.
