Next Thursday October 25th, Opera Software is holding a launch party in San Francisco<\/strong>. Details here<\/a>. The event will mark the release of at least two new products including a new Opera Mini 4 Beta. The theme of the party is Rock Opera<\/em><\/strong> and there will be rock<\/strong>, provided by two bands, The 88<\/em> and The Binges<\/em> and an open bar!<\/p>\n

If any of my readers in the San Francisco area are interested in attending I have three pairs of invites<\/strong> to give away. I thought I’d do a little contest to make it more interesting. If you want to go to the show just leave a comment on this post recommending a mobile web site for me to review. The three best submissions, as decided by me, will get the invites. In judging the entries I’m looking for sites that I’ve never reviewed, or ideally never even heard of, but which offer something innovative, useful and review worthy. Bonus points for providing a good description of what the site is all about and why you like it. Wap Review<\/em> doesn’t get that much traffic so your chances are pretty good of actually winning!<\/p>\n

A few caveats about the invites and the event. The party will be held at an undisclosed location<\/em> in San Francisco’s Civic Center district. You are responsible for getting to and from San Francisco and the event. Because of the bar, no one under 21 will be admitted. The party list more than full and the room has limited capacity. The invites are for the Priority VIP<\/em> list which means you can get in at 7PM, the regular invitees have to wait until 7:30.
