It combines an extensive mobile web directory with a social network, personal portal and online tools like search, maps and driving directions.<\/p>\n<p>Social networking features include profile pages, friends list, messaging, groups and blogs.<\/p>\n<p>Fonet&#8217;s personal portal gives\u00a0 users an online phonebook, todo list, notepad, photo storage and sharing and the ability to create a personal bookmark list of their favorite  links and RSS feeds.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of features Fonet rivals mainstream portals like iGoogle and MyYahoo.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve always felt that Fonet&#8217;s weakest point was its rather crude and garish visual design. The good news is that the Fonet\u00a0 UI has just been redesigned.
