CapitalOne360 (formerly ING Direct) is the internet branch of CapitalOne bank. It has good interest rates on insured savings and checking accounts. The mobile banking site which lets customers view balances and transactions and transfer funds between account using their mobile phones. There's also an ATM finder which doesn't require a log in.
