Usability 
CitiBank forces Android and iOS users to click through a page advertising their native app before they can access the bank's webapp. Once they find the webapp, it lets them view balances, pay any person or business in the U.S., transfer funds between Citi accounts, find branches and ATM's and call customer service with a single click.
