No personal information or phone number is required to download from the mobile site or from the web site free-ringtones.ie for sideloading. Tones are in mp3 and amr formats. Both mobile and web sites are searchable and browsable by title or artist. The web site has tools and tutorials to help you create and load ringtones on your phone.
